The Mansfield Lions Club is a member of Lions Clubs International, headquartered in Oakbrook, Illinois. Chartered on April 7, 1978, the Mansfield Lions Club is part of the largest non-profit organization in the world.
Lions Clubs International consists of over 1.3 million members in more than 200 countries world wide. The Mansfield Lions Club is proud to have a small, but strong willed 25 members dedicated to serving their community as well as the efforts around the world. Each year, the Mansfield Lions help support local citizens who need assistance in purchasing eyeglasses, hearing aides, funding for college, as well as educational and extracurricular events hosted by the Mansfield School District. They also contribute to global efforts in helping to diagnose, prevent, and cure vision, sight, and medical problems.
